Our products come with 12 months parts and labour warranty for trailer and 12 months warranty for the tent.
New trailer is covered by the manufacturers warranty for a period of 12 months (3 months for commercial use), from the date of the purchase against defects in workmanship and material (tyres, wheels, brake pads, zip, canvas & other wearable parts are excluded), kindly retain your sales invoice for this products as this is proof of purchase and must be presented when making a warranty claim.
Trailers must be returned to our factory or nearest dealership for warranty work to be done.
Warranty claims takes a minimum of 5 working days to be assessed.
We are committed to work through any issues you may have in accordance with our policies.
Neglect and lack of regular maintenance will void all warranties.
Abuse, missuse and modifications to the original equipement will void your warranty.

All information, photos and videos should be used as reference only. Trailers in stock are built to order and may take from one to twelve weeks to ship. Please confirm delivery date with a sales representative before placing your order.
We do our best to present accurate, detailed information about every item we sell. Therefore, editing errors in the details are unintentionally and we cannot be held liable. If an error is found and reported to us via email, we will rectify it in a timely manner.
Sales are final. No rain-check. If there is any problem at all once you receive the item, please contact us to resolve it as soon as possible through email unless otherwise specified. Buyer is fully responsible for assuring that the equipment is and will remain in good working order before use. Buyer must take all safety precaution prior to and during using the item.
Buyer must have knowledge of operating as well as the characteristics of the product. Buyer must do regular maintenance and seek qualified person for servicing/fixing where there is need.
The person operating the vehicle must be trained and fully aware of the limitation and safety of handling the vehicle. Buyer is responsible for all the necessary safety precautions while operating this trailer. We are NOT responsible for any loss, incorrect use, theft, damage or injury caused.
Customers will incur additional charges if an unclaimed or refused package is sent back to our facility. Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the package.
Returns can be done only if the item is substantially not as described or completely Dead On Arrival and cannot be fixed through our help supplying replacement parts.
Change of mind, minor variations in model, color and specifications are not reasons for a refund. We must inspect all items prior to any refunding. Return costs are at the expense of the buyer.
The returned item needs to be unused and in brand new condition with original packaging or similar packaging and packed securely for return shipping or drop off to our warehouse.
Any return product has to be returned within a seven days period from the day the buyer have received the item, the postage cost will be at the buyer’s expense.
We reserve the right to refund products sent back after the seven days period at our discretion in exceptional circunstances. (excluding postage fee)
Any reported faulty part needs to be sent back to us at buyer’s expense for inspection before a replacement is sent out.
A restocking fee of 15% of the final value will apply for items retuned due to change of mind.
Refunds does not include all shipping/return postage fees, damage/repair/parts costs caused by buyer.
If the products were modified andcontain parts that does not belong to us, we will deduct the cost of repairing the product to its original condition before issuing any remaining balance as refund.
If the product has been used or registered, then it is non refundable.
